Your medical information, ready when you can't speak for yourself.
CareSpoken keeps your emergency medical profile on your phone and puts a QR code on your lock screen, watch face and wallet card. Anyone helping you can scan it and see what matters. And if your phone goes quiet for longer than usual, the people you choose get a heads-up.
How it works
Fill in your profile once
Conditions, medications, allergies, care documents and emergency contacts. For each section you can say "none" so a responder knows it isn't just missing.
Put your QR code where people look
On your lock screen, your watch face and a printable wallet card. Scanning it opens a simple emergency page with no app and no login needed.
Choose who hears about it
When your card is scanned, you're told. Your contacts can be too. If your phone stops checking in for longer than usual, they get a message so someone can reach out.
You decide what's shown, and to whom.
Your information is in two layers, and every share starts with "Who can see this?"
Emergency page: what a stranger needs
Allergies, conditions, medications and who to call. Your age, never your date of birth. No login, so it works for anyone who finds you, and it loads fast on a weak signal.
Full record: behind a PIN you share
Care documents and the rest of your profile, for the people you give the PIN to. Documents are shown with their real title and date, and clearly marked as an uploaded copy.
Private by design
Your medical details never appear in notifications, logs or links. Every view of your record is recorded, and you can delete your account and everything in it.
Check-ins without the nagging
Your phone checks in quietly in the background. If it goes quiet, you get an "Are you OK?" notification with a one-tap "I'm OK" before anyone else is told.
Made for people who want someone to know.
What CareSpoken is, and isn't. CareSpoken notices when your phone stops checking in. It can't tell why, and it doesn't know whether you need help; it lets your contacts find out. Responders may or may not scan your card, and nothing guarantees how they'll use what they see. CareSpoken is not a medical device and not a replacement for 911. In an emergency, call 911.
Coming soon to iPhone and Android.
We're opening CareSpoken to early users first. Tell us a little about who it's for and we'll be in touch.
